Obituary	Mrs. Maud Wakefield Funeral services for Mrs. Maud Wakefield, 62, were held at the residence on High street Saturday afternoon at two o'clock, with the Rev. Kenneth R. Hutchinson of the Universalist church officiating. The bearers were, C. S. Brewster, A. L. Davis, Keith Wentworth and Perley Pynes, and internment was in the family lot at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Mrs. Wakefield had been ill for several weeks and her death occurred at the Plummer Memorial hospital Thursday afternoon. She was born in Dexter the daughter of William and Eliza Leighton, and had passed her entire life in this town. She was a member of Wassookeag chapter, 0. E. S., No. 44, and of the Free Baptist Ladies' Aid, Surviving are two sons, Ralph Weymouth of Bangor and Walter Weymouth of Kezar Falls; a daughter, Mrs. Sybil Hatch of Dexter; a brother, Charles Leighton of Boston, and two grandchildren, Walter Weymouth of Kezar Falls, and Sybil Weymouth of Dexter.
