Obituary	Shirley Truman Hatfield, 67, died at a Bangor hospital Saturday, Nov. 15, following a long illness. He was born June 1, 1890 at Fox River, N. S., the son of Jead and Della Smith Hatfield. He came to this country when a young man and made his home in Corinna for a number of years. Survivors are his wife, Elizabeth; five daughters, Dorothy, Arline, Carolyn and Mrs. Frederick Witham, all of Bridgeport, Conn., and Mrs. Harold Kipt of Comstock, N. Y., one son, Clarence E., of Dexter; and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Crosby's funeral home Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Rev. Gilman Lane officiating. Interment was in Mount Pleasant cemetery.
