Obituary
Wilson B. Arno Funeral services for Wilson B. Arno were held at the home on the North Dexter road Monday afternoon with the Rev. Kenneth R. Hutchinson of the First Universalist church officiating. Interment was in the family lot at Mount Pleasant cemetery. The bearers were Ernest Harrington, Linwood Mower, Homer Wilbur and Albert McKusick. Out of town relatives and friends attending the services were, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Pease and family of South Elliot; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Arno of Strong; Mr. and Mrs. Manson Littlefield, Prospect; John Larrabee and Josiah Larrabee, Searsport; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Moore, Milo; Mrs. Annie Clifford, and Ralph Clifford, Sangerville; Norman Starbird, Dover-Foxcroft; John Robinson, Garland and Mrs. Mercena Nuite of East Foxborough, Mass. Mr. Arno died Saturday morning following a shock. He was born in Dexter sixty-seven years ago, the son of William and Mary Jane Arno and had resided all of his life on the farm where he passed away. He was a valued member of Dexter Grange. About forty years ago he was united in marriage to Miss Auraville Larrabee of Searsport, who survives him. Surviving besides his wife are three daughters, Mrs. Bertha Kittredge of Dexter, Mrs. Ruby Pease of South Elliot, and Mrs. Hazel Fennely of Dexter; a son, Carl Arno of Strong, and a brother, John Arno of Dexter, also twelve grandchildren.
