Obituary	Melvin H. Peavey Melvin H. Peavey, 56, son of the late George and Mary Murray Peavey passed away at his home in Dorchester Mass. Tuesday, October 22, from a heart attack. Mr. Peavey was born in South Boston and made his home in that vicinity during his entire life, having been engaged, in the trucking business The funeral was held in Dorchester Thursday, and he was broght to Dexter Friday where services were held at the Ramsay & Gates funeral parlors by the Rev. Kenneth R. Hutchinson. Interment was in the family lot at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Besides his wife, Mrs. Ella Doyle Peavey he is survived by five children, Francis, Charles, Dorothy and Paul of Dorchester, and Mrs. Adrian Davis, of Washington, D. C.; two brothers, George I. of Bangor and Edwin of Garland; one sister, Mrs. Charles Dudley of Dexter; an aunt, Mrs. Eliza Parkman of Dexter, also several nephews and nieces including Walter Dudley of this town.
