Obituary
Charles H. McIntosh Charles H. McIntosh passed away Sunday morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. Lizzie Pulcipher, Liberty street, after several weeks of failing health, at the age of seventy-nine years. He moved to Corinna when he was about four years of age with his mother, who married Alvah Knox of that town and he always made his home in that town, near the Dexter line, in what is known as the Knox district. For forty years he lived at his farm home near the Knox school house. Because of poor health he came to Dexter about three years and a half ago, to the Pulcipher home where he was given wonderful care and attention by his sister and cousin, Miss Gertrude Knox. He was a kind genial neighbor and will be missed by many friends. Besides the sister, he leaves several cousins. Funeral services were conducted from the home on Liberty street Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock, the Rev. Frederick Niles of the Methodist church officating. The bearers were Alton Puffer, Elwin Puffer, Herbert Frost and Edgar Stinchfield Interment was in Corinna Center cemetery where commital services were conducted by the Rev. H. D. Knowles.
