Obituary	ROBERT R. HUBBELL DEXTER, Robert R. Hubbell, 62, died Nov. 5, 2000 at a Bangor hospital. He was born April 15, 1938, son of Herbert and Katherine (Mahon) Hubbell. He farmed and worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years in Connecticut. In 1979 he moved to Dexter where he worked for Dexter Shoe Co. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and for several years coached youth hockey. He is survived by his mother of Connecticut; his wife, Carol (French) Hubbell of Dexter; 3 sons and their wives, William and Sandy Hubbell of Ohio, Richard and Carol Hubbell of Washington, John and Samantha Hubbell of Dexter; a daughter and her husband, Karen and David Walton of Conn.; brother and his wife, Herbert and Carol Hubbell Conn.; a sister and her husband, Georgianna and Robert Sorensen of Conn.; 12 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many close friends. Friends may call 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter for a time of remembrance.
