Obituary	Rev. Effie I. Webster Funeral services for Rev. Effie I. Webster, a very aged resident of Montpelier, Vt., will be held here Friday, October 16, at 2 o'clock at the Ramsay and Gates funeral parlors. Rev. Mrs. Webster was born in Parkman, Maine and spent the early part of her married life in Dexter. She has been making her home in recent years with her daughter, Mrs. Grace Meakness, in Montpelier. George Hoxie of Lincoln, Maine will conduct Spiritualist services for her.
