MRS. MARY B. An R. F. D. carrier found the aged woman's body lying on the kitchen floor when he went to the farmhouse to deliver mail. Dr. H. L. Taylor, medical examiner, pronounced death due to natural causes. She apparently had succumed to a sudden attack of illness, death occuring at about 9 o'clock in the morning. Mrs. Nutter was born in Dexter, the daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Ramsdell Beals, and always lived in the house in which she was born. She was an honorary member of Dexter Grange, and had received the golden sheaf award for fifty years' membership on the Grange. She was a member of the Three-quarter Century club and always attended the annual meetings. Surviving are two cousins, Mrs. Willis Nichols of Dexter and Amos Lord of Ripley. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at Ramsay & Gates funeral parlors, with the Rev. Ondon P. Stairs officiating. The bearers were Elwin Farnham, Ralph McKusick, Amos Lord, and Homer Wilbur. Interment will be in the family lot at Elmwood cemetery.
