Obituary
Mrs. Celina Giguere Funeral services for Mrs. Celina Giguere, 85, were held Monday morning from St. Anne's Catholic church, the Rev. C. J. Enright, officiating. Bearers were two sons-in-law, Horace Poulin, Joseph Bolduc; three nephews Edward Cleaves, Frank Cleaves, Matthias Mountain and a grandson, Patrick Poulin. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Mrs. Giguere died Friday morning at the home of her daughter and son- in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Horace Poulin, on the Charleston Road where she has lived for the past twenty-five years. She was born in St. Joseph, Canada, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vital Clishe. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Poulin, Mrs. Mariette Bolduc of Dexter and Mrs. Albeland Turmelle of Manchester, N. H.; two sons, Gustave Giguere of Waterville and Balthaza Giguere of Sanmaur, Que; also 28 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. Among those from out of town called here by Mrs. Giguere's death were the two sons and daughter, also Mrs. Clarence Webb of Lower Hainesville, N. B., Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Dorman of Old Orchard, Mrs. Gustave Giguere and daughter, Rita, of Waterville and Wilfred Poulin, who is serving with the U. S. Navy at Quonsett Point, R. I.
