Obituary	RANDY J. MAYHEW DEXTER - Randy J. Mayhew, 44, died Sept. 16, 2001, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital after a long illness. He was born Sept. 29, 1956, at Dexter, the son of Joseph and Viola (Johnson) Mayhew. He graduated from Dexter Regional High School, Class of 1975. He will be remembered by his class as an avid wrestler. He enjoyed attending car shows with his 1969 Mustang Mach 1 and won many awards. he was employed by R.C. Whitney & sons, and retired from Webber Oil Co. due to failing health. Randy was well-liked and known for his joking. Randy and his dog, Ebony, shared an exceptional devotion. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandfather, Rev. Dan Mayhew of Sangerville; a brother, Douglas and his wife, Linda Mayhew of Corinna; three sisters, Nancy and husband Randy Webber, Judy and husband Roger Wyman, all of Dexter, a twin sister, Connie and her husband, John Scales of Stark, N.H., several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; special friends who assisted in his care, Lisa Nickerson, Rhonda Noschese and Cassie Eaton. Private family visitation was held at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home in Newport. A graveside committal service for family and closed friends was held at Rural Grove Cemetery, Dover-Foxcroft with the Rev. Barry Buzzell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Health & Counseling Service, 14 Summer St., Dover-Foxcroft 04426; or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O.
