Obituary	Mrs. Margaret L. Upton passed away Friday, January 3, at the Plummer Memorial Hospital. She was born in Sangerville, Maine, June 9, 1867, the daughter of Jacob A. and Sarah Ann Bridges. She was united in marriage in 1887 to George A. Upton of St.. John, N. B. They made their home in Ft. Fairfield, ME., until 1912, when they moved to Dexter. Survivng her are two children, Roy Upton of Dexter, Me., and Dorothy M. DuBourdieu of Newport, N. H.; three grandchildren, Wade S. Upton and Marion A. Upton of Dexter and Jeanne M. DuBourdieu of Newport, N. H.; and one great-grandchild, Candis Lee Upton of Dexter. Two sisters Mrs. Edith M. Dill of Houlton, Me., and Mrs. B. C. Rollin of Iakeland, Fla., and one brother, William G. Bridges of Portland, Me., and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Free Baptist church, the Pythian Sisters, Rebekahs, the Dexter Grange and the Townsend Club.
