Obituary	FRANCES M. CLUKEY DEXTER, Frances M. Clukey, 97, died Nov. 19, 1999 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born Aug. 15, 1902 in Nelson Miramic, New Brunswick, daughter of Jeremiah and Ann (Gaffney) Murphy. She was a graduate of So. Nelson High School in 1920. Following graduation she moved to Dexter to be with her sister, Bibiana "Vine" Mountain. She worked as a secretary at the Abott's woolen mills until her marriage in 1927 to Albert Paul Clukey and later worked for many years at Plummer Memorial Hospital in Dexter. She and her husband lived all of their 67 married years in the town of Dexter. She was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church. She is survived by a son and his wife, Douglas and Sue Clukey of N. Yarmouth; three daughters and their husbands, Alberta and Omar Deschamps of Mass., Mary Ann and Dick Lyford of Dexter and Sandra and Carter Smith of Dexter; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband in Jan. 1994. Friends called Monday, November 22 at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Dexter with Fr. George Beaudet officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
