Obituary	JEAN ABEL DEXTER - Jean Abel, 44, of Dexter, died April 23, 1999, at Maine Medical Center, Bangor, after a courageous struggle with breast cancer. She was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, September 11, 1954, the daughter of Elizabeth Greenleaf Abel and the late Charles Forrest Abel. She is survived by her sisters, Marie Abel Armstrong of New Lebanon, New York; Susan E. Abel of Dexter; brother-in-law, Mark Robichaud of Dexter; and, her dear friend, Normand Plourde of Wellington. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made in her memory to Operation Lift-off of Maine, Inc., P.O. Box 29, Carmel Me. 04419.
