Obituary	IRENE F. WARK DEXTER - Irene F. Wark, 82, died September 1, 1996 in Houlton, Maine. She was born in Palmyra May 4, 1914, daughter of Henry and Effie (Rines) Fletcher. She was a graduate of Farmington Normal School. For several years she worked in the office of the United Stores in Dexter and later in the office of Dexter Shoe Company, retiring in 1976. She is survived by three sons, Richard and his wife, Joyce, of Dexter, Gerald and wife, Virginia, of Sangerville, Stanley and wife, Jean, of Chipley, Florida, a daughter Donna and husband Dean Clukey of Houlton, four sisters, Marion Foote and Mildred Pease of Rockland, Wyona Wark of Newport, Margaret Margenson of Farmingdale, fourteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a son Herbert, three brothers, Ivan, Laurice and Clarence, four sisters, Ruth, Doris, Phyllis and Nina. There will be no visiting hours at the request of the deceased. Funeral services were held at the United Methodist Church in Dexter on Tuesday, September 3,1996 with the Rev. Andrew Gibson officiating. Interment will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
