Obituary	PATTI A. GUDROE DEXTER - Patti A. Gudroe, 40, died May 30, 2000 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital after a long and courageous battle with Lupus. She was born October 23, 1959 at Bangor the daughter of Leroy and Anita Webber, and the late Dolleen Simon. She graduated from Dexter Regional High School, Class of 1978, and Married James K. Gudroe on August 12, 1978. She enjoyed many things including hunting, camping, 4-wheeling and, most of all, functions with the Dexter Fire Department. She was a member of the Dexter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Patti's love and determination for life will be remembered by many. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, and her two daughters, Mandee and Jaimie, all of Dexter; her brothers, George Webber of Kent WA, James Martin of Ellsworth, and David Simon of Orange, MA; her sisters , Sandy Carlson of Baytown, TX, Shirley Webber of Athol, MA, and Sharon Davis of Franklin; many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. She was predeceased by her sister Terry, and her mother. Patti will also be remembered by 3 special brothers-in-law, Dickie and Mike, both of Dexter, and Rod of Farmington. Friends called Wednesday at Crosby & Neil Funeral Home, and funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June lst, with the Reverend Matthew Ward officiating. Burial was at Mt Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the National Kidney Foundation of Maine, P.O. Box 1134, Portland 04014.
