Obituary	TRAVIS A. DAVIS DEXTER - Travis A. Davis, 89, died August 10, 1998 at a Dexter healthcare facility, He was born on March 15, 1909 in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania, the son of Harris and Mary (Otto) Davis. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and retired after 23 years as a machinist at Fayscott in Dexter. He was a member of Shirley B. Carter Post # 4298 VFW. Travis was predeceased by his wife, Pauline (Glover) Davis in 1977. He is survived by one daughter, Diana Davis of Corinna, and one son, Lawrence Davis of Manomet, AM; 1 brother; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. Friends called at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter. A graveside funeral service was held at Lawn Cemetery, Guilford.
