Obituary	GEORGE N. RAMSDELL DEXTER & FRAMINGHAM, MASS - George Newton Ramsdell, 77, died September 6, 1997 at a Framingham, Mass. hospital. He was born November 15, 1919 at Garland the son of Newton and Verna (Dearborn) Ramsdell. He graduated from Garland High School and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from the Raytheon Corporation, was a member of the American Legion and was past commander of Wayland (Mass.) Post #6260 VFW. He was a communicant of St. George's Parish in Framingham, Mass. He is survived by his wife, Alice Marie (Ronco) Ramsdell of Framingham, Mass.; one son, Mark Ramsdell of Ashland, Mass.; one daughter, Rose-Marie Ramsdell of N. Grafton, Mass.; one brother, Theron Ramsdell, and a sister, Marilyn Wintle, both of Dexter; one grand-daughter, Jennifer Ramsdell. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter, with Rev. Antonio Amato officiating. Burial was at the Evergreen Cemetery, Garland. Arrangements by Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, Dexter.
