Obituary	EVELYN M. KEDDY DEXTER - Evelyn M. Keddy, 83, the wife of the late Paul F. Keddy, died April 12, 1997 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital after a long illness. She was born July 21, 1913 in Athens, the daughter of Cecil and Lillian (Sidell) Keene. She had been a graduate of Madison High School and was a member of the Dexter First Baptist Church. She was very involved in the Dexter Nursing Home Sing-A- Long program and other activities and visitations and was a lady who was well loved and will be missed by many. She is survived by a daughter, Sharron Maxell and her friend, Rick Goodwin of Guilford; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, Tammy Merchant and her husband, David and their children Megan, Kayla and Dylan, all of Sebec; Scott Maxell and his son, Austin of Sebec and Chad Maxell of Acworth, GA, a sister, Edith Rickards and her husband, Wilbur of Madison; several nieces, nephews, cousins and Evelyn's very special cat Mittens. Funeral services were held April 15 at the Dexter First Baptist Church with Rev. John Ross officiating. Burial will be in the Southside Cemetery, Skowhegan.
