Obituary	FERNALD F. CLUKEY DEXTER - Fernald F. Clukey, 65, died February 28, 1997 at a Bangor hospital. He was born December 20, 1931 in Dexter, son of Joseph and Annie Clukey. He served in the US Army for six years during the Korean Conflict and then worked for Dexter Shoe for 36 years, retiring at the age of 62. He was a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus and was a member of the American Legion. He was predeceased by his wife Beverly (Mountain) Clukey. He is survived by three brothers, Galen and Nelson Clukey of Dexter and Nazier Clukey of Guilford; two sisters Sylvia Payne and Winnifred Daigle both of Dexter; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held March 3,1997 at the Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main Street, Dexter with Rev. Antonio Amato officiating. Spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
