Obituary	WYMAN D. FLAGG DEXTER – Wyman D. Flagg, 89, died April 17, 1996 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born July 7, 1906 in Hudson, son of Daniel and Claudia (Lychon) Flagg. He worked as a woodsman in his younger years and then for the Amos Abbott Mill in Dexter until his retirement in 1968. He loved square dancing and was a member of the Lords and Ladies Square Dance Club. He was also a member of the Dexter United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife Bessie (Packard) Flagg of Dexter; a son and his wife Henry and Carol Flagg of Dexter; a daughter and her husband Helen and Ed VanDenburgh of Corinna; two sisters Isabelle Lawrence of Kenduskeag and Rose and her husband Harlan of Bangor; a sister in law Shirley Flagg of Brewer Lake; five grandchildren and their spouses Sanger Davis Jr. of Newport, Randy and Debora Davis of Carmel, Daniel and Nancy Davis of Stetson, Scott Flagg of Monson and Shannon and Darrell Spaulding of Dexter; eight great-grandchildren Erin Morrissette, Heather Davis, Austin Davis, twin girls Danielle and Veronica Davis, Chris Flagg, Brandon Spaulding and Danielle Spaulding; several step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Memorial services were held April 20 at the Dexter united Methodist Church with Rev. Jo Bennett officiating. Internment will be held later in the spring in the Evergreen Cemetery in Garland.
