Obituary	GERALD T. DYER DEXTER - Gerald T. Dyer, 77, died January 10, 1996 at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft. He was born February 10, 1918, in Dexter, the son of Harry and Myra (Groleau) Dyer. He served in the U.S. Army in the European Theater during World War II and was a member of the Poulliot-Seavey American Legion Post No. 53 and the Shirley Carter VFW Post No. 4298. He also was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He worked for many years for the State Liquor Store in Dexter and later for Chet's Market. He is survived by a sister, Kathleen Dyer of Dexter; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Geraldine Goulette, a brother and three sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated January 13, at At. Anne's Catholic Church in Dexter with the Rev. Antonio Amato officiating. Spring burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
