Obituary	HERBERT E. ROWE MONSON AND DEXTER – Herbert E. Rowe, 65, died September 7, 1995 at the VA Medical Center in Togas. He was born March 12,1930 in St. Albans, son of Olon and Augusta (Neal) Rowe. He served in the US Navy for 26 years retiring in 1973. He is survived by 2 sons: Mark Rowe of VA and Olon Rowe of NY; a brother Maynard Rowe of FL; 3 sisters Doreen Levensalor of Dexter, Delores O'Brian of VT and Coleen Bowman of Dexter; 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were omitted at his request. Friends called September 8 at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter. Burial was in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
