Obituary	ARNOLD C. "DIDDY” FANJOY DEXTER and BROOKSVILLE, FL - Arnold C. Fanjoy, 72, died May 17, 1994, at his Brooksville, FL. residence after a long illness. He was born January 5, 1922, at Houlton, the son of Lyle and Edna (Tidd) Fanjoy. He moved to Dexter when he was five years old and was employed at Fay & Scott Machine Shop until his retirement. He served in the Merchant Marine during WorldWar II and was a member of the Poulliot-Seavey Post No. 53 American Legion of Dexter. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Vivian (Carle) Fanjoy of Dexter and Brooksville, FL., four stepchildren, Wendell Easler of Hampden and Dale Easler, Blaine McDaniel and Betty Bennett, all of Dexter; one brother, Earl Fanjoy of Dexter; one sister, Addie Irvin of Dexter; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Gerald Fanjoy and a sister, Leta Chase. Graveside services were held May 28,1994, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter with Rev. Harold Wheeler officiating. Donations may be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 12130 Cortez Boulevard, Community Medical Plaza, Brooksville, FL. 34613. Arrangements were by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Dexter.
