Obituary	MYRON "MIKE" GOODWIN DEXTER - Myron E. Goodwin, 89, died March 5, 1994 at his Spring Street residence. He was born May 24, 1904 at Garland the son of Alson and Lena (Grant) Goodwin. He was a graduate of Foxcroft Academy, Class of 1922. He was a heavy equipment operator for Stewart & Williams Contractors, and was a 50 year member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local #4. He was also a carpenter, operated a milk truck, and later operated an express delivery route. He also owned and operated Goodwin's Dance Hall in Dover with his brother. After retiring in 1969, he purchased a pulp truck and hauled wood for several years. He was predeceased by a special friend and companion, Erma Colbath, and brothers Lester, Willis, and Raymond. He is survived by a sister, Marion Nelson of Coleville, CA, and Betty Hamilton and family, Shirley Colbath and family, Donna Lancaster and family, Timothy Colbath and family, Yoshiko Colbath and the children of Dalton Colbath, Friends called on March 8 at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main Street, Dexter, where funeral services were held March9. Spring interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Garland. Donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 456, Brunswick 04011.
