Obituary	MADALENE P. GORDON DEXTER & PLANT CITY, FL - Madalene Gordon 86 formerly of Dexter, died December 4, 1993, at Plant City, Florida. She was born October 11, 1907, at Clinton, the daughter of LeRoy and Grace (Witham) Pennell. She graduated from Newport High School Class of 1926, and Farmington Normal School, Class of 1928. She taught school in Newport and Dexter, and later worked with her husband at Radio & TV Sound Lab in Dexter. She was a member of the First Universalist Church in Dexter. She was predeceased by her husband, Homer L. Gordon, who died March 30, 1976. She is survived by one brother, Ancil Pennell of Zephyrhills, FL; one sister, Mrs. Rodney (Barbara) Cheney of Plant City, FL; several nieces and nephews. There will be no visiting hours or funeral services at this time. However, graveside services will be held in the spring. Burial will be in the family lot, West Garland Cemetery, with Rev. Alec Craig, pastor of the First Universalist Church, officiating. Donations may be made in her memory to the First Universalist Church, Dexter, ME 04930.
