Obituary	AMANDA NADEAU DEXTER - Amanda Marie Rossingnol Nadeau, 88, widow of the late Leon Nadeau, died October 24, 1993 at a Dexter Nursing Home. She was born April 17, 1905 in Van Buren, daughter of Joseph and Marie (Nadeau) Rossingnol. She was a Communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Dexter. She is survived by two sons, Phillip Nadeau of Miles, VA and Patrick Nadeau of Mt. Joy, PA; four daughters. Jeannine Smith of Moosup, CT, Maxine Nason of Exeter, Gilmay Toyota of Japan and Madeline Chambers of Dexter; three sisters, Cecile Duplisea of Lewiston, Helen LeBell of Lewiston and Rita Charette of W. Hartford, CT. Many nieces and nephews, over 100 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 8 children. Friends called Oct. 26 at the Crosby Funeral Home 238 Main St. , Dexter. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Oct. 27 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Dexter with Rev. Antonio Amato officiating. Commital services were Oct. 28 in the St. Dennis Cemetery in Ft. Fairfield, with Rev. Joel Cyr officiating.
