Obituary	ALBERT L. STAFFORD DEXTER - Albert L. Stafford, 65, died April 2, 1993, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born April 1, 1928, in Garland, son of Clifton and Flora (Packard) Stafford. He worked for Fay Scott in Dexter for more than 42 years. Albert's interests included genealogy and history and many considered him one of Garland's historians. He enjoyed country music and occasionally appeared with his son Ray's band, the Diamond Ranch Hands. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Evelyn (Palmer) Stafford of Dexter; two sons, Leonard Stafford of Garland and Ray Stafford of Palmyra; a nephew, Burton Cole of Dexter; two grandnephews and a grandniece. Graveside services will be held later in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery in Garland. Arrangements by Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, Dexter.
