Obituary	FRANCIS E. SPRINGER DEXTER AND STETSON - Francis E. Springer, 63, died July 11, 1989, at Dover-Foxcroft, after a short illness. He was born July 10, 1926, in Stetson, the son of Elden and Ester (Jenkins) Springer. He is survived by his stepmother, Glenice Springer of Stetson; five half brothers and three half sisters.
