Obituary	PHILLIP F. YOUNG PANAMA CITY, FL and DEXTER - Phillip F. Young, 69, died December 18, 1992, after a long illness, at his home in Panama City, FL. He was born in Dexter, April 30, 1923, son of Harry and June (Parsons) Young. He was educated in Dexter schools and joined the Army, serving in the Pacific Area in World War II. He was married to the late Evelyn (Dews) Young, and is survived by two sons, Charles and Paul, and an adopted son, Duane. He is also survived by one sister, Rachel Hamblett of Hudson, NH; and a brother, Richard of Dudley, MA. Private memorial services were held in Panama City, FL.
