Obituary	JACOB A. DAVIS DEXTER – Jacob A. Davis, 79, died July 12, 1992, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born January 8, 1913 in Dexter, the son of Albert and Bertha (Wilson) Davis. He worked at Fay Scott in Dexter until his retirement in 1976. He is survived by his wife, Frances (Nutt) Davis of N. Dexter; a son, Thomas Davis of Corinna; a brother, Seth Davis of Waterville; two grandchildren, Shawn Davis of Lewiston and Jennifer Davis of Corinna; four foster children, Theodore, Scott and Joe Webber and Ronald Carpenter. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 15 at 11 a.m. at Higgins Cemetery in Corinna with Pastor Maurice Neal officiating. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal, Dexter.
