Obituary
EBEN P. W. PAGE DEXTER - Eben P.W. Page, 69, died March 22, 1992, at his home in Dexter. He was born July 29, 1922, in Dexter, the son of Frank and Laura (Howell) Page. He served in the Army in the South Pacific Theater During WWII. He worked for most of his life as a self-employed carpenter and for over 30 years for the Wassookeag School Camp in Dexter and over 10 years for the Dexter School Department. He served the Town of Dexter for many years as the Constable and Truant Officer. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He is survived by his wife Charlene (Spaulding) Page of Dexter; three sons, Danny Page of Thorndike, David Page and Darren Page, both of Dexter; two daughters, Donna Eaton and Deanna Page, both of Dexter; three sisters, Estella Wilder of Dennysville, VT, Judith Comeau of Skowhegan and Geraldine Bess of Danville, VT; and five grandchildren. Friends may call at the Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main Street, Dexter, Tuesday, March 24, 7-9 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with the Pastor Peter Temple officiating.
