Obituary	JAMES E. COOKSON DEXTER - James E. Cookson, 88, died March 11, 1992, at a Dover-Foxcroft health care facility. He was born July 17, 1903, in Dexter, the son of Henry and Nancy (O'Kinney) Cookson. He worked for Fay Scott in the foundry for many years and also worked for the local woolen mills. He is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Frank and Charlene Clark of Dover-Foxcroft, Dwight and Mabel Caler of Bradenton, FL; a sister, Janet Dale of California; five grandchildren, Quentin Clark of Dover-Foxcroft, James Clark of Cambridge, Cindy Badershall of Charleston, Marsha Searwar and Dwayne Frost, both of NH; several great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He was predeceased by his wife, Lenora "Leo" Cookson; and a grandson Jerry Frost. Funeral services were held March 14 at Crosby and Neal Funeral Home in Dexter with the Rev. Marcel Robitaille officiating. Spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
