Obituary	HERBERT J. FRENCH DEXTER - Herbert J. French, 82, formerly of Burnham, died October 5, 1991, at his Dunn Road residence. He was born June 28, 1909, at Garland, the son of Eugene and Maude (Libby) French. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II having served as a paratrooper. He was predeceased by his wife, Lois, in 1989. He is survived by his children, Beatrice Harvey of Arkansas, Herbert Jr. of Brooks, Peter of Belfast, Sidney of Phoenix, AZ, and Rolna Works of Dexter; many grandchildren, great-grand-children, nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by Frances Cookson and family. Graveside funeral services were held October 8 at Evergreen Cemetery, Garland. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Dexter.
