Obituary	MARGARET ANN McCOURT DEXTER - Margaret Ann McCourt, 54, died May 14, 1991, at a Bangor hospital after a short illness. She was born April 20, 1937, in Newport, the daughter of Charles and Anna Amsden. She graduated from Corinna Union Academy, Class of 1955. She worked for the Town of Dexter for more than 25 years in many capacities including tax collector, excise tax collector, administrative assistant to the treasurer, assistant to town manager for finance administration. She was affiliated with the First Free Baptist Church of Dexter. She is survived by her husband, Stanton McCourt of Dexter; her mother of Corinna; one son, Dale McCourt of Yarmouth; two daughters, Debbie Mountain and Teresa Wilbur, both of Dexter; two brothers, Lawrence Amsden of Newport, Charles Amsden Jr. of Corinna; two granddaughters, Marissa Ann Wilbur and Brook Elizabeth Mountain, both of Dexter. She was predeceased by her father, Charles H. Amsden Sr. Calling hours were May 15 at Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, Dexter. Funeral services were held May 16 at the First Free Baptist Church in Dexter with the Rev. Harold Wheeler officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
