Obituary	DONALD S. STANLEY SR. DEXTER - Donald S. Stanley Sr., 53, died April 22, 1991, at a Waterville hospital after a long illness. He was born May 16, 1937 at Richmond, the son of Harold and Gertrude (Knight) Stanley. He served in the U.S. Navy for six years. He was employed at Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna for over 19 years, retiring due to ill health. He attended the Dexter Pentecostal Church. He is survived by his wife Madeline (Penney) Stanley of Dexter; his stepmother, Bessie Stanley of Augusta; three children, Donald Jr., Donna Bussell and Doreen Stanley, all of Dexter; five brothers, Harold Stanley of Dexter, Wallace Stanley of Pittsfield, Delmar Stanley of Massachusetts, Earl Knight of Orrington, and Leon Porter of Searsport; one stepbrother, Almond Tilley Jr. of East Winthrop; one stepsister, Maxine Knight of Augusta; two grandchildren, Detric Stanley of Garland and Faith Bussell of Dexter; several nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered by dear friends, Vaughn and Christine Speed of East Corinth, Eugene and Charlotte Hutchinson of Dexter and James Hatch of Corinna. Friends called April 24 at the Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, Dexter, where funeral services were held April 26 with the Rev. Paul Lavigne, interim pastor of the Dexter Pentecostal Church, officiating. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
