Obituary	ANNE I. RIGGS DEXTER - Anne I. Riggs, 68, wife of the late William S. Riggs, died February 15, 1992, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born at Livermore Falls, June 6, 1923, the daughter of Earl F. and Pearl E.(Edgecomb) Merrill. She was educated in Livermore Falls schools, and was employed for the past 30 years at Dexter Shoe Co. She was a communicant of the Dexter Pentecostal Church. She is survived by one son, Harland Coolidge of Dexter; two daughters, Gloria Levenseller of Topsham, and Sarah Ann Thatcher of Freeport; two sisters, Rose O'Donnell of California and Mrs. Madeline Gauthier of Livermore Falls; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held February 17 at Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, Dexter with the Rev. Don McGuire, of the Dexter Pentecostal Church, officiating. Spring burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
