Obituary	CHARLES W. DUDLEY DEXTER and GUILFORD - Charles Walter Dudley, 33, died June 18, 1989, as the result of an accident. He was born January 27, 1956, the youngest son of Robert and Jeanne (Ellsworth) Dudley. He was a graduate of Dexter High School. He is survived by his parents of Dexter; paternal grandmother, Ruth Dudley of Dexter; one brother, Robert of Dexter; three sisters, Julie McMahon and Nancy Covel both of Dexter, and Carla Witham of Stetson, one niece and nephew, Caryl and Scott White, both of Cambridge. Funeral arrangements are private. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
