Obituary	BEATRICE K. ASH DEXTER - Beatrice K. Ash, 83, wife of George Ash, died October 7, 1990, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born September 6, 1907 in Ferrisburg, Vt., the daughter of Russell and Adaline (Kimball) Bristol. She and her husband owned and operated the Ash Grocery on the Dexter-Dover Road for more than 10 years. She was a former member of the South Sangerville Grange and the Corinna Senior Citizens. She is survived by her husband of Dexter; three daughters, Carolyn Ash of Dexter, Shirley Holts of East Hartford, Ct, and Betty Stevens of South Berwick; one son, Frank Ash, of Tampa, Fla., eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Calling hours were held October 9 at the Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter, and funeral service are planned Wednesday, October 10 at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Helen Zigmund officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Freedom. The family will receive friends at 2:30 p.m. at the home of George Ash after the committal service.
