Obituary	IONA "NONIE" LANDEEN DEXTER and LUBBOCK., TEXAS - Iona Landeen, 83 died August 2, 1990 at Methodist Hospital, Lubbock, Texas. She was born April 13, 1907, in Washburn, Me., the daughter of Samuel J. and Carrie (Stairs) Landeen. She graduated from N.H. Fay High School, attended Farmington Normal School, and was a schoolteacher before joining the Women's Army Corps (WAC). Following her enlistment, she worked for many years at Koritsky's Store in Dexter. She made her home in Lubbock, Texas for the past 35 years. Surviving is one niece, Dianna Smart of Corinna, as well as several cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Amber Westgate, in 1976.
