Obituary	DOROTHY CASTONGUAY KING DEXTER - Dorothy A. King, 66, died June 20, 1983 at her residence following a long illness. She was born in Skowhegan, Oct. 21, 1916, the daughter of Dennis and Lillian (Carey) Gallant. She was a foreman at Dexter Shoe Co., retiring in March, 1981. On June 28, 1978, she married Leonard E. King. She was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary and was a communicant of St. Anne's Church, Dexter. She is survived by her husband of Dexter; a son, Richard Castonguay of Corinna; a daughter, Gail Lobdell of Dexter; four brothers, Leonel Gallant of Brighton, Mass.; Tony, Phillip and Romeo Gallant all of Skowhegan; one sister, Lillian Gibbs of Phillips; five step-sons, Richard and Neil of Lamoine; Robert of Trenton; Larry of Surry; and Brian of Valinda, Calif.; seven step-daughters, Barbara Buchanan of Sanford, N.C.; Linda Jordan of Winter Harbor; Janet Butler of Eastbrook; Pamela Davis of Acton, Mass.; Naomi Blanche of Derry, N. H.; Rebecca Cozzens of Brigewater, N.J.; Susan Pease of Winthrop and five grandchildren. A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday at St. Anne's Church, Dexter with the Rev. Richard Rokas officiating. Friends called at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter on Wednesday. Interment was at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
