Obituary	RHOBENA MOWER DEXTER - Rhobena Mower, 78, died March 18, 1983, at a Bangor hospital after a long illness. She was born in Smyrna, March 3, 1905, the daughter of John and Mary (Morrison) Rafford. She was a graduate of Aroostook State Normal School, a member of the Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge in Dexter, and the Dexter Grange. She retired from Norwalk Shoe Co. and moved to Dexter in 1966. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Mower of Dexter; one son, Percy J. O'Neal of Schwenskville, Pa.; four daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Geraldine) LaBrecque of Hudson, N.H., Mrs. Richard (Vera) Picard of Litchfield, Mrs. Donald (Mary) Jelley of Concord, N.H., and Mrs. Joseph (Imogene) Neville of Candia, N.H.,; l2 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one nephew, Paul Kelley. Funeral services were Monday at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter. Interment will be in Sunset view Cemetery, Norridgewock, in the spring.
