Obituary	LEATRICE V. POIRIER DEXTER - Leatrice V. Poirier, 57, died Feb. 16, 1983, at her residence after a long illness. She was born Oct. 14, 1925, in Dexter, the daughter of Joseph and Violette Clukey. Leatrice was educated in Dexter and Skowhegan, graduating in the class of 1944 from Skowhegan High School. She was owner and operator of Poirier's Market in Dexter for the last 20 years. She was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Armond of Dexter; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Carolyn) Gilbert and Mrs. Ronald (Vernita) Hallee, both of Dexter; four grandchildren, Shane and Chad Gilbert, Michael and Jason Hallee, all of Dexter; two brothers, Clatus and Loren Clukey, both of Dexter; three sisters, Mrs. Evarist (Laurette) Dyer, Mrs. Perley (Lunette) Robichaud, and Mrs. Alcide (Faustine) Lessard, all of Dexter; many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Friends called at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
