Obituary	William J. Bemis Funeral services for William J. Bemis, son of Milford Bemis of Silver's Mills were held Friday afternoon, July 26 at 2 o'clock at the Silver's Mills church. The Rev. Harold Wheeler, pastor of the Dexter Free Baptist church officated. He is survived by his father, Milford Bemis, a step-mother, three sisters, Mrs Laura Garland of Dover-Foxcroft, Florence and Gladys of Silver's Mills, two brothers, Milford, Jr., and Errol. The bearers were: Stanley Bemis, Errol Bemis, Robert Staples and Edward Bemis. Interment was in the Corinna Center cemetery.
