Obituary	ELLEN A. TOWLE DEXTER - Ellen A. Towle, 74, died March 20, 1991, at a Dover-Foxcroft Hospital. She was born April 28, 1916, in Atkinson, the daughter of Howard and Lillie (Nash) Smith. She was a member of the Garland Grange for over 50 years and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Leon Towle of Dexter; one son, Jerry Towle of Londonderry, NH; one daughter, Elaine Fish; one sister, Bertha Savage, both of Dexter nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were omitted. Private calling hours were at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Dexter. Spring burial will be in West Garland Cemetery.
