Obituary	ALLEN E. McCOURT CORINNA - Allen W. McCourt, 75, died May 20, 1989, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born at Strong, October 27, 1913, the son of John and Gladys (Bubier) McCourt. He worked as a care- maker in the foundry at Fayscott for most of his life. He also worked as a woodsman. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Winniefred (Howell) McCourt of Corinna; tow sons, and their wives, Stanton and Margaret McCourt, and George and Priscilla McCourt all of Dexter; two daughters, Evelyn Robichaud of Corinna and Mrs. Charles (Jane) Merrill of Dover-Foxcroft; three brothers, Cecil of Norway, Philip of North Jay and Theodore of Costigan; four sisters, Mrs. Stuart (Katherine) Record of Livermore Falls, Mrs. Merlin (Aileen) Kingsley of Strong, Mrs. Cecil (Hazel) Holman of North Jay and Mrs. Lesley (Ella) Adley of Phillips; 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. Funeral Services were held at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home with the Rev. Helen Zigmund officiating. Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
