Obituary	Mrs. Bertha L. Williams Mrs. Bertha L. Williams, widow of Cecil S. Williams died Wednesday evening, July 17 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harold Knox following several years of ill health. She was born in Fort Fairfield July 25, 1880, the daughter of Joseph and Julia Sites. She has lived in Dexter over 30 years. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Donald Wakefield of Pittsfield, Mrs. Harold Knox and Miss Betty Williams of Dexter; two grandchildren; one brother, Samuel Sites of Caribou; a half brother, Joseph Sites of Bangor. Funeral services were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Knox, Zion's Hill, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Sterling Helmer, pastor of the Pittsfield Baptist church officiated. Bearers were Everett Bennett, Wilson Bennett, Samuel Staples, John Eaton, John Wakefield and Samuel Sites. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
