Obituary	HAZEL (CLARK) DECKER WATERVILLE - Hazel (Clark) Decker, 69, of 28 Summer Street, Waterville, died at a local hospital March 30, 1989, following a long illness. She was born in Dexter, November 1, 1919, daughter of Guy and Olive (Cuthbertson) Clark. She attended Dexter schools. Her husband, Vernald Decker, died in 1987. They lived in Rochester, N.Y., for 20 years where he had employment. Ten years ago he retired and they moved to Waterville where both were members of the First Baptist Church. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Dennis (Dorothy) Cleaves of Dexter, Mrs. (Helen) Haskell of Guilford; two aunts, Nellie Bates of Sangerville, and Edna Jackson of Hollywood, Fla.; one uncle George Cuthbertson of Sangerville, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services were held at the Redington Funeral Home, Waterville, with the Rev. James Hamilton-Ogden, Pastor of the First Baptist Church officiating. Spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mid-Maine Medical Center, Waterville, where she received such tender loving care.
