Obituary	VELMA M. CHITWOOD DEXTER - Velma M. Chitwood, 78, died December 31, 1988, at her home in Dexter. She was born April 7, 1910, at Anna, Ill., the daughter of Rollie and Marion Womick. She and her husband owned and operated a ranch in California for many years before moving to the Dexter area. She is survived by one daughter and son-in- law, Gerald and Dona Lovely of Dexter; two grandchildren, Gerald Jr. and John, both of Dexter. Graveside services will be held at the Maine Memorial Veteran's Cemetery, Augusta, in the spring. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Dexter.
