Obituary	HELEN C. BRIDGES DEXTER - Helen C. Bridges, 76, wife of Jackson R. Bridges, died Aug. 18, 1988, at Bangor. She was born at Guilford, Jan. 1, 1912, the daughter of Oscar and Flossie (Bragdon) Degerstrom. She was predeceased by her first husband, Adrian Rollins. Besides her husband of Dexter, she is survived by one son, Clarence Rollins of Ayer, Mass.; one daughter, Phyllis Mowry of Brownville; four step - sons, Stanley R. Bridges of Milo, Earl P. Bridges of Stetson, and Leroy C. Bridges of Dexter; one step - daughter, Elaine Adzema of Cleveland, Ohio; four brothers, Aubrey Degerstrom of Florida, Frederick Degerstrom of Ohio, Clayton Degerstrom of Massachusetts and Theodore Degerstrom of Derby; four sisters, Dorothy Comeau of Bangor, Lillian Lovering of Gardiner, Isabel Plitt of Florida and Mary Hatt of Milo; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Friends were invited to call at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo, where funeral services were held August 22, with the Rev. Joseph Beardsley officiating. Burial was in Pine Tree Cemetery, Brownville Junction.
