Obituary	MISS LETA M. SHATTUCK DEXTER - Leta M. Shattuck, 80, died March 15, 1988, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born July 11, 1907, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of John and Mary (Gordon) Shattuck. She taught school for 43 years in Boothbay, Milo and Dexter and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association; the Sunshine Club; the WCTU; the Order of Eastern Star, Wassookeag Chapter; Piscataquis Extension Service; Golden Age Club; and was active in the Little Red Schoolhouse Programs in Dover-Foxcroft. She is survived by her brother, Norman Hatch, of West Poland, Maine and several nieces. Funeral services were held Saturday at Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter. Memorials may be made to the Mayo Regional Hospital.
